Yes! Our lightboxes are fully customizable. Simply upload or send us your logo or artwork, and we’ll create a proof before production.

Production times vary based on the order quantity, but we typically dispatch custom orders within 7-10 working days after artwork approval. If you are working to a specific event date, please contact us, and we will work with you to ensure we meet your deadline.

Some of our models are designed for outdoor use, but we recommend using them in covered areas to protect against extreme weather conditions. Please contact us for more details on specific models.

We offer various sizes, including 10cm, 20cm & 25cm cubes, 20cm sphere, and a 40cm cylinder, catering to different event and branding needs. If you have a specific shape in mind, please suggest it to us, and we'll see what we can do!

Battery life depends on usage and the setting applied, but our rechargeable lightboxes typically last 8-12 hours on a full charge. For more intensive usage, consider having spare batteries on hand.

We try to ensure all features of our website work seamlessly, however if you having issues uploading your artwork, please send us an email on hello@standoutlightboxltd.com with your artwork files, and and we will help you place the order.

Depending on the size and shape, our lightboxes are rechargeable via USB, or battery powered. Both variants provide great battery life and remove the need for mains power at your event. We even offer the first set of batteries to make your first use as easy as possible!
