Refund Policy

Refund Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. Refunds are not currently available on our products, unless in the case of the product being damaged on delivery. This would need to be notified to us as soon as the delivery is completed with photographic evidence provided. If there is a fault with the product then you may request an exchange via email within 14 days of your order being dispatched. 

 

If items are damaged and a refund is requested, please liaise with us via email to arrange return of the products.

 

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will inform you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a 14 days.

Artwork / Design

Any artwork errors or design tweaks can not be changed after delivery of the product.

 

As part of the ordering process, we will send artwork proofing requiring customer approval before any order is dispatched. Any amendments to the design must be made at this stage and cannot be changed once approved and dispatched.
