3. Customisation & Artwork Approval

 

Customers are responsible for providing high-resolution logos and branding elements for customisation. Guidance for specifications can be found in the artwork guidelines.

 

We will provide a digital proof for approval before production. No changes can be made after customer approval.

 

STANDOUT Lightbox Ltd is not responsible for errors in the final product if the customer approved the design proof.
 

4. Shipping & Delivery

 

We offer UK-wide delivery.

 

Estimated delivery times are provided upon order, but may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. For any urgent deliveries, please contact hello@standoutlightboxltd.com directly for advice.

 

We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or customs processing.

 

5. Returns & Refunds

 

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are not accepted unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

 

Any claims for damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.

 

If a refund or replacement is approved, we will arrange collection and redelivery at no cost to you.

 

6. Warranty & Liability

 

Our products come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

 

This warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

 

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.
