We use recognised national couriers in the UK - typically Royal Mail, DPD or Parcelforce.

Medium Parcel - Up to 20kg - Up to 46cm (H), 46cm (D), 61cm (W)

• Special delivery 1pm next day guaranteed £17.35

• Tracked 24 £7.69

• Tracked 48 £6.65

• Tracked 24 with signature £9.09

• Tracked 48 with signature £8.05

 

Large Parcel - Up to 30kg - Up to 150cm (H), 150cm (D), 150cm (W) (Sent via Parcelforce)

 

Please get in touch for large parcel shipping costs. We will try to send the whole order in one shipment to ease logistics, whether that be a large parcel (up to 150cm W,H,D), or via a pallet shipment. 

 

For example, a delivery of 20x 10cm Borderless Cube products, we would look to send 1 package of 20 units via Parcelforce at a cost of £87.20 or the equivalent £4.36 per item. Cheaper per unit than shipping an individual item.

 

As an example of 20x 25cm Borderless Cubes, we would look to send these via pallet shipment at a cost of £93.23 or the equivalent of £4.66. Cheaper per unit than shipping an individual item.

Please note that postage charges are non-refundable.

 

Signing for Deliveries:

 

Some delivery options will require a signature upon delivery. If you know you will be unable to provide a signature, please specify a work or business address where you order can be shipped and signed for.

 

Tracking:

 

All of our shipments will be sent via tracked and signed for. You will receive a dispatch notification to the email which was provided when placing the order. This notification will include a link to your order tracking information.
